BOPIS Vertex Error This is a temporary fix for those BOPIS orders receiving a Vertex Service Call Error when trying to Pick Up. This is the current error received: Ask the customer for their email address used when placing the Online BOPIS order and do a customer search using that email address. Access the Customer and click on Edit then Add Address: Under the Address Type dropdown menu select Delivery as a type then Save. Access the BOPIS order in question and you should now be able to Pick Up the order and Complete Transaction: At this point if you are still unable to Pick Up the order or have issues, give the entire order to the customer and open up a Help Desk ticket with error and include the Sales Order #. The Retail IT Team will manually invoice the order and clear from your BOPIS queue.
