Dropbox - How To Share Files with External Users
From your logged-in web browser (Chrome shown):
1. Navigate to the folder, in this example “untitled folder”
2. Click the share button on the top right.

3. When this window pops up, click “Settings”.

4. Select the “Link for Viewing” tab on next pop-up.
5. Where it says “There isn’t a link for viewing. Create link”, click that

6. Under the “Who has access” drop-down, change it to “Anyone with link”

7. Click “Save”

8. On the next “Share this folder” popup, change the option to “Anyone with this link: can view”

9. Then click “Copy link” at the bottom. Recommend that you test this link in an Incognito Window (or similar.)
