- In your web browser of choice navigate to https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ and login using your 5.11 domain credentials.

In the available applications, locate the Mimecast Personal Portal. You can also use the search feature as shown in the example below.
- Login once more with your 5.11 domain credentials
How To Open A Delegated Mailbox Using The Mimecast Personal Portal
- Select your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Locate the delegates mailbox and select open.
