Microsoft 365 - Password Reset or Unlock

If you have forgotten your password or your account has been locked, use these steps to Reset your password or unlock your account

Disclaimer: You need to already be enrolled in Multifactor Authentication to perform these steps.

I. In a browser, navigate to http://myapps.511tactical.com --> select "Can't access your account"

II. Select "Work or school account"

III. Enter the characters in the picture and select Next

IV. If you need to Reset your password select "I forgot my password" , if you need to Unlock your account due to too many sign-in attempts select "I know my password, but still can't sign in"

V. Enter the One-Time password code from your Microsoft Authenticator app and select next

VI. When Resetting your password, Enter a new password and select Finish

VII. You have now Reset password or Unlocked your Account. Go back to sign-in screen and login again
